• Rose Garden Room
Our Rose Garden Room features a queen sized bed and is designed to relax and
soothe your senses. Romantic decor and a small sitting area add to the charm of

• Serenity Garden Room
Our Serenity Garden Room sleeps two people (queen size bed) and is designed to
take you away to another place in time. Featuring a charming Victorian rose

• Secret Garden Room
Our Secret Garden Room features a queen sized bed and a single daybed to
comfortably sleep three people. With quaint Victorian decor and a touch of

Each reservation also includes a beautiful silver service 2 course candlelight
breakfast served with fresh roasted coffee. For more information on our

Cancellation Policy
At The Rose Cottage Bed & Breakfast, we rent our rooms by advance reservations
only. When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other requests and guarantee to hold your reservation for the day(s) you
requested. Therefore, due to the intimate size of our bed and breakfast,
cancellations affect us greatly! We do not overbook like hotels do, so it is
important that you understand our cancellation policy carefully.
All fees assessed herein will be charged to the credit card that is used to make the reservation.
1. For cancellations of reservations
prior to fourteen (14) days of stay, the
guest will not be charged.
2. For cancellations of reservations occurring
within fourteen (14) days of stay
the following policy applies:
a. For stays of one
(1) or two (2) nights, the guest will be responsible for a fee of one (1)
night’s rate per room.
b. For stays three
(3) nights or longer, the guest will be responsible for a fee of two-thirds (2/3)
the total reservation.
c. No refunds for
early departures.
d. For reservations
not cancelled and not honored, guest will be responsible for the entire
reservation.
